December 26, 2008 -- Beijing Tiantan Biological Products Corporation Ltd., a biopharma company, will acquire a 90% interest in Chengdu Rongsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for $84 million. Tiantan will use a combination of stock and cash to make the purchase.
