Complementing Protein Metrics' advanced Byonic protein identification engine, this lipid software makes structural identifications across an expanding list of lipids (> 20,000), covering many lipid subclasses, to provide automated processing of high-throughput liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) data.

The Lipify software offers a friendly graphical user interface to allow scientists to interact with results and provide intuitive views of analyzed data that aids manual verification of identifications.
