Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR) today announced that it has extended its offer for all of the outstanding shares of NeighborCare, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCRX) common stock for $30.00 per share in cash. The offer, which was to have expired on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, has been extended until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on January 7, 2005, unless further extended.
