Morrissey & Company, the Boston-based reputation management and public relations firm, today announced the appointment of James McManus, Esq., as vice president. McManus brings more than 15 years of communications and biotechnology expertise to Morrissey & Company. McManus has served as communications counsel to corporate executives at clients including Biogen, Vertex, Boston Scientific, Eastman Kodak, Trigen and Segue Software. As an attorney and public relations professional, he has worked with clients on contentious, high profile litigation and crisis communications engagements. He is active in the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and the Associated Industries of Massachusetts.
