PITTSBURGH, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- MED3OOO Group, Inc. (MED3OOO), a privately held national healthcare management and technology company, recently acquired The Carolina Health Group, Inc. (CHG), an Application Service Provider (ASP) based in Charleston, SC. CHG provides physician practice information systems, technical support, system training, consulting, and support to over 132 physician providers at 36 sites across SC, NC, GA, and OH.
Under the agreement, the Carolina Health Group will serve as MED3OOO’s South Carolina office and continue to provide ASP services to the current client base while continuing to expand the territory.
