CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Knowledge Enterprises, Inc. announced today the launch of the first trade show for suppliers, vendors and consultants offering products or services for the global orthopaedic device manufacturing community.
The exhibition will be held June 21-22, 2005 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center (formerly, Rosemont Convention Center) in Chicago, Illinois.
As many as 100 companies are expected to showcase the latest in materials and design, computer-aided engineering, device testing and much more.
Exhibitors will include suppliers of contract manufacturing services (castings and forgings, implants and instruments, assemblies and component parts, delivery systems, medical device coatings, surface preparations and treatments, injection molding and laser processing); raw materials (metals and alloys, plastics and polymers, composites, fabrics); manufacturing equipment, machinery and tooling; and contract packaging and sterilization.

An educational/technical program will address supply chain issues of relevance to the orthopaedic manufacturing community and will feature contributions from members of the manufacturer and supplier communities, as well as from renowned industry experts.
