Noonan has joined the association in the newly created position of Vice President, Global Regulatory Policy. Noonan most recently served as Senior Advisor for Health Policy at Onyx Pharmaceuticals and was previously Director of State Government Affairs and Grassroots Advocacy at the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP).
