GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 2006--Aptuit, Inc. announced today the appointment of John Fikre as Vice President, General Counsel. Mr. Fikre brings nearly 14 years of legal experience to the position, including extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financial transaction law. Most recently, Mr. Fikre served as special counsel for Willkie Farr & Gallagher. There, he represented a number of domestic and international clients, most recently Bloomberg L.P., a global provider of financial information, analytics and news. Mr. Fikre brings a robust understanding of global business transactions and financial dealings to the position.
