NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Gordian Health Solutions, Inc. is expanding its Franklin, Tennessee, operations to include an additional 18,000 square feet of space, which will house Gordian’s Call Center services and processing department.
Gordian, a privately held company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., is a leading national provider of population health management services for mid-to- large sized companies across the United States. It business emphasis is on lifestyle, health coaching, and disease management services designed to help employers maintain a healthy and productive workforce and manage rising health care costs.
The decision to expand the facility will allow Gordian to continue to improve its services, increase efficiency, and serve a growing list of clients, Roger Reed, executive vice president, chief health officer, said. New clients in 2006 include national corporations in the industrial, communication and health services sectors.

Reed noted that the company, which currently employs 240 workers in its offices in Franklin, Tenn., Richmond, Va., Scotts Valley, Calif., and Vernon Hills, Ill., will add to its staff -- possibly by as much as 30 percent in 2006 -- as a result of the growth. Gordian saw revenue growth of over 100 percent in calendar year 2005.
Gordian today also announced the departure of its CEO, Gregg Lehman, who effective May 22, 2006, will become President & CEO of INSPIRIS, a Brentwood, Tenn. specialized medical management firm. John Shull, a seasoned executive with 25 years of health care experience, has been named Gordian’s interim CEO. Shull, vice president of strategic services for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, was instrumental in that company’s acquisition of Gordian in August 2005.
New Gordian executives also include Mary Howard, executive vice president in charge of finance and operations, and Tony Cimino, senior vice president, marketing and sales. Company promotions include Beth Keyser, executive vice president, client services; Dayna Moseley, director of client services; and Sarah Cook, director of client services.
