The Global Institute of Forensic Research (GIFR) has signed a contract with the Council of State Governments (CSG) to provide CSG's skilled staff access to GIFR's Executive Bulletin service. The Council of State Governments is the only organization in the United States that serves all three branches of state government, and it provides a region-based forum that fosters the exchange of insights and ideas to help state officials shape public policy.
