Tokyo (JCNN) - Fujisawa Pharmaceutical (TSE: 4511) has announced that it has basically agreed with Teijin Pharma that Fujisawa will transfer its home healthcare operations to Teijin Pharma as of June 1. A definitive contract for the business transfer will be concluded at the end of March.
