REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FoxHollow Technologies, Inc. announced today that the underwriters exercised their over-allotment option in full on Friday, October 29, 2004. The option was granted in connection with the company’s initial public offering of 4,500,000 shares on October 28, 2004. The company granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares to cover over-allotments. Proceeds from the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions but before expenses are expected to be approximately $67.4 million.
J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Piper Jaffray & Co. are the co-bookrunning managers for the offering. Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and William Blair & Company, LLC are co-managers.
