PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 31, 2006--EffRx, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a worldwide exclusive License agreement with Merck & Co., Inc. granting EffRx a license to a number of patents related to effervescent technology in the bisphosphonate area.
