GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aptuit, Inc. announced today the appointment of Dr. Marcello DiMare to the new position of Senior Director, Chemistry Development within the company’s Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) business line. This follows the company’s recent announcement to acquire EaglePicher Pharmaceutical Services, expanding Aptuit’s API and drug development capabilities to include chemical process development, clinical trial supply of API and post-launch commercial drug manufacture. Dr. DiMare brings nearly 25 years of experience gained through his work at a wide variety of pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. and Europe. Dr. DiMare most recently served as Senior Director of Business Development at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and held senior positions at Rhodia ChiRex and ChiRex, Inc.
