With more than 20 years’ experience in global HR, Sarah is acclaimed for her leadership in growth environments and proven management of an international talent pool. Having held responsibility for HR teams across the U.S and Europe, Sarah has spent the last 13 years working in smaller organizations in the pharmaceutical industry including CMR International, Vernalis and Otsuka Europe. Prior to that Sarah was part of the HR function at GlaxoSmithKline.
