CARY, N.C., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Kevin McAdams, has joined Cornerstone BioPharma, Inc. as Vice President of Sales. Mr. McAdams has more than 12 years experience in pharmaceutical sales management and operations.
At Cornerstone BioPharma, he will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales force, by adding over 50 sales representatives nationwide. Previously, he held positions as the Senior Director of Commercial Operations at Prestwick Pharmaceuticals and Regional Sales Director at Elan Pharmaceuticals.

Cornerstone BioPharma will be launching Humibid e and Humibid cs, which will be sold over the counter in retail pharmacies nationwide. Humibid e is an immediate release guaifenesen expectorant. Humibid cs is a combination of guaifenesen expectorant and dextromethorpan hydrobromide cough suppressant. Mr. McAdams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and he has attended the Masters of Business Administration program in Health Services Marketing at the University of Dallas.
