NORTHAMPTON, Mass., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooley Dickinson Hospital has signed a multi-year contract with The Beryl Companies to handle physician referral and class registration services. Currently operated internally and staffed by volunteers, the hospital’s contact center will utilize Beryl call advisors who will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle requests from callers and from online users.
