Centroid Consolidated Mines Co. (“CCMC” or the “company”) (OTCBB: CCMC) announced the completion of its acquisition of BioCal Technology Inc. (“BioCal”), which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The company’s name will be changed to eGene Inc., and the company will be requesting a new OTCBB symbol from the NASD to reflect this name change.
