FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) today announced that Caroline Dorsa will join the company in November as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Dorsa will report to John F. Milligan, PhD, Gilead’s Chief Operating Officer, and will join the company’s senior leadership team. In this role, she will be responsible for Gilead’s worldwide Finance and Investor Relations functions.
