By adding this expertise to its portfolio of service offerings, Bode will utilize its vast international and domestic presence to provide best in class immigration paternity and private paternity testing to clients worldwide. Bode is a wholly owned subsidiary of SolutionPoint International, Inc.

Nicole Bolin, co-founder and President of Chromosomal Laboratories, will continue as the head of the Phoenix operations working closely with Mike Cariola, Chief Operating Officer of Bode Technology. Chromosomal will continue operations in Phoenix under the name of “Chromosomal Labs • Bode Technology.” It will retain its existing staff and AABB accreditation as required by US Customs and Immigration Service for immigration testing.
