Artes Medical Inc., a privately-held specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company, today announced the appointment of Christopher J. Reinhard as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Reinhard, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collateral Therapeutics, joins the existing board members as they direct Artes toward the commercialization of its lead product ArteFill, the first permanent injectable wrinkle filler to successfully complete U.S. FDA clinical trials.
