DALLAS, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. , a premier provider of business process outsourcing and information technology solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a business processing outsourcing (BPO) contract providing call center services for Johns Hopkins HealthCare.
Under the terms of the three-year contract, ACS will operate a call center handling a subset of Medicaid calls on behalf of Johns Hopkins HealthCare (JHHC). ACS will be responsible for the general management and operations of the dedicated JHHC call center based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and will start taking calls in February 2006.
By partnering with ACS, JHHC will enhance the overall quality of customer service and support they provide their clients, and gain the stability and resources of a proven leader in BPO and call center management.
