KTAR -- Many people are literally trying to cook up a new career during this recession. Interest in the culinary arts is rising, and cooking shows like "Hells Kitchen" and "Rachel Ray" have some viewers dreaming of becoming famous chefs, said Chef Robert Wilson with the Arizona Culinary Institute.
