ALLEN, TX--(Marketwire - August 22, 2008) - The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRI) announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from 24 cents per share to 30 cents per share. Specifically, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on September 30, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2008.
