Athletico Announces New Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Athletico Physical Therapy is proud to announce Melissa McMahon as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

CHICAGO, June 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Athletico Physical Therapy is proud to announce Melissa McMahon as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this position, McMahon will provide vision and creative leadership to Athletico on strategic human resources priorities and will assist in cultivating a high performance culture of engaged employees as a member of the executive team. McMahon will direct talent management, workforce and organizational effectiveness for Athletico’s more than 400 clinics in 11 states by focusing on talent pipeline building and the development and retention of high-potential leaders and clinicians across the company.

McMahon brings more than 25 years of talent management and human resources experience, including over a decade at CDW Corporation. She most recently held the position of Vice President of Talent for CDW, serving as the company’s executive leader responsible for enterprise-wide talent priorities and programs. Prior to CDW, McMahon spent nearly 15 years in various human resources and talent acquisition roles at Accenture. McMahon holds a master’s degree in Communication, with an emphasis on Organizational Change and Leadership, from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Central Michigan University.
