Rooftop Restaurant Polaris to Close The Business Journal of Milwaukee

The Business Journal of Milwaukee -- The Polaris, the revolving upscale restaurant at the top of the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee downtown, will close April 12 after nearly three decades in business, the hotel has announced.
