CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Jan. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Radius announced today the appointment of Nick Harvey to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Harvey has more than 15 years of experience in building and financing life sciences and technology businesses. Mr. Harvey was most recently Managing Director at Shiprock Capital LLC, a venture capital firm, where he managed investment and development of early and expansion-stage companies and remains a member of the Board of that firm. Prior to that, Mr. Harvey held various senior financial management positions with a number of venture-backed companies, including LifetecNet, Transfusion Technologies, Transcend Therapeutics, and Computer Power Group. His achievements include management of the successful sale of Transfusion Technologies to Haemonetics in 2000 for $50 million and oversight of Transcend Therapeutics’ initial public offering on the NASDAQ stock exchange in 1997.

Mr. Harvey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and he earned both a law degree and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Australian National University.
