Blue Cross And Blue Shield Of Florida Welcomes Anesthesia Associates Of Tallahassee To Provider Network
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) and Sheridan Healthcare, Inc. today announced the addition of Anesthesia Associates of Tallahassee to the BCBSF network of hospital-based providers. Anesthesia Associates of Tallahassee will be participating in BlueOptions, BlueChoice (PPO) and Traditional (POS) plans effective July 1, 2005.

Anesthesia Associates of Tallahassee is comprised of 68 physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetists providing anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and Capital Regional Medical Center, as well as six other surgical centers in Leon County. BCBSF has approximately 38,000 members in the five-county area serviced by these facilities.
