In a new analysis, Sanford Bernstein analyst Ronny Gal examined data from proxy statements filed between 2010 and 2013 by seven drug makers – Actavis, Allergan AGN -0.74%, Hospira, Momenta Pharmaceuticals MNTA +0.25%, Mylan Laboratories MYL -0.46%, Teva Pharmaceuticals TEVA +0.11% and Theravance – for clues to understanding compensation decisions and the basis for making meaningful comparisons.
