(“Antibe” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV: ATE) announces its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement of 5,000,000 Common Shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.60 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $3,000,000 (the “Offering”). The Offering is expected to close on or about March 28, 2014, subject to TSXV approval, and to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
