AnorMED Rejects Unsolicited Genzyme Corporation Bid Of $8.55 Per Share, Or $355.8 Million

NEW YORK (AP) -- Canadian biopharmaceutical company AnorMED Inc. said Wednesday its board unanimously rejected an unsolicited bid from Genzyme Corp. of $8.55 per share in cash, or a total of about $355.8 million.
