At the AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) annual meeting of stockholders, held today in Naples, Company stockholders elected ten directors to serve for a one-year term: Steven H. Collis, Douglas R. Conant, Richard W. Gochnauer, Richard C. Gozon, Lon R. Greenberg, Edward E. Hagenlocker, Jane E. Henney, M.D., Kathleen W. Hyle, Michael J. Long, and Henry W. McGee. In addition, stockholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2014, approved the compensation of our named executive officers, and approved the Company’s omnibus incentive plan.
