Construction work is wrapping up on the latest hotel set for National Harbor. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. (NYSE: HOT) plans to open the Aloft Washington National Harbor property in April. Starwood partnered with NH-K Hotel LLC and an investment group led by The Peterson Cos. to develop the hotel, which will have 190 loft-like rooms.
