WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTH) today reported results for the third quarter of 2008. For the three months ended September 30, 2008, the Company reported a net loss of $13.2 million, or ($0.16) per share. This compares to a net loss of $9.3 million, or ($0.14) per share, for the third quarter of 2007. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, the Company reported a net loss of $37.0 million, or ($0.50) per share, compared to a net loss of $28.1 million, or ($0.43) per share, for the same period last year. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, net cash used in operating activities was $30.7 million. Cash, cash equivalents and investments in marketable securities as of September 30, 2008 were $96.4 million.
