(Nasdaq:ALGN) announced today that the Company will report second quarter 2011 financial results on Monday, August 1, 2011 after the close of market. The Company is reporting second quarter financial results approximately a week later than historically scheduled as Cadent Holdings, Inc., which was acquired by Align Technology on April 29, 2011, was a private company that had not been previously subject to the periodic reporting requirements of a U.S. publicly traded company.
