Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALXN) today announced the appointment of John “Jack” T. Mollen to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. The Company also announced that Joseph A. Madri, Ph.D., M.D. and Larry L. Mathis, will retire at the conclusion of the current term on May 5, 2014, after 22 years and 10 years of service to the Company, respectively.
