Heegaard brings broad strategic experience leading business operations and corporate legal affairs to companies from start-ups and early-stage to mature businesses, and has also served on multiple boards of directors. He currently serves as President / CEO / General Counsel for Terras Iradient, Inc., a holding company and medical device incubator and accelerator.
