NEW YORK, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Diversified U.S. manufacturer 3M (MMM.N: Quote, Profile, Research) has agreed to acquire Neoplast Co. Ltd, a maker of surgical tapes and dressings and first aid bandages. 3M said it expects to close the deal, which will expand its skin and wound care product offering, in the third quarter. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
