PLANTATION, Fla., July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Viragen, Inc. today announced that the Company's securities will begin trading on the Over-the-Counter market tomorrow, July 12, 2007.

The new trading symbols for the common stock, units and warrants will be as follows:

-- "VRAI" for Viragen's common shares; -- "VRAIU" for Viragen's units; and -- "VRAIW" for Viragen's warrants.
