(OTCBB: VKSY; "Viking"), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance laparoscopic vision systems for use in minimally invasive surgical procedures, has appointed Gregory M. Decker as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Mr. Decker will be replacing Mr. Joseph Warrino, who will be staying on with the Company to transition Mr. Decker and to accept the newly established position of Vice President and General Manager, Operations.
