TRIBUNE-REVIEW -- Pittsburgh officials want the Hotel Indigo to go green. The Urban Redevelopment Authority on Tuesday approved a $300,000 grant for the planned 140-room hotel in East Liberty, with the condition that developer Governor’s Hotel Co. LP alter the design to meet silver certification standards under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
