Midlothianadvertiser -- Up to 100 jobs are set to be created after councillors gave the go-ahead to plans for an Eskbank hotel and pub. As reported in last week’s Advertiser, the 40-bedroom Premier Inn hotel and Beefeater restaurant were approved by Midlothian Council’s planning committee by eight votes to seven.
