GREENVILLE, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Span-America Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAN) has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of $5.00 per share to shareholders of record on May 23, 2007. The payment date for the dividend is June 6, 2007. The special dividend is in addition to the regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, which has the same record and payment dates.
