Triangle Business Journal -- Passenger carrier Southwest Airlines Co. said Friday that its March traffic remained basically consistent with the same period a year ago. Dallas, Texas-based Southwest (NYSE: LUV) said it recorded 6.65 billion revenue passenger miles in March, within a close range of the 6.68 billion revenue passenger miles recorded in March of last year.
