Sanofi-Synthelabo (SASY.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) , which is bidding for larger rival Aventis (AVEP.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) , said on Tuesday it will hold a press and analyst meeting on Thursday to reply to Aventis’s arguments against the French drugmaker’s bid.
