RayBiotech Announces Recipients of 2013 Innovative Research Grants

NORCROSS, GA--(Marketwired - December 23, 2013) - RayBiotech, Inc. today announced the recipients of its 2013 Innovative Research Grants. The 2013 RayBiotech Innovative Research Grant Program is targeted to a broad range of basic and applied research topics in the life sciences. These research areas include studies on model systems for biological processes and disease and may cover topics in biomedical and veterinary research, biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, physiology, environmental sciences, nutrition and food sciences, and biotechnology. In total, 22 recipients were selected from a pool of over 120 grant applicants. The awardees are located in seven different countries around the world and include individuals in various career stages, from tenured professors to graduate students. RayBiotech will award $5,000 to $20,000 worth of protein array and immunoassay-based products and services to each grant recipient. A list of the recipients can be found on the company’s webpage.
