(NYSE Amex: OPK) (“OPKO,” “OPKO Health” or the “Company”) today announced that it has received authorization to transfer the listing of its Common Stock from the NYSE Amex to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). The Company’s Common Stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “OPK.” The Company’s Common Stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE on or about September 16, 2011.
