CLEVELAND, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Eddie Taylor, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Consulting Services, Ltd., was officially named Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Greater Cleveland Chapter at its annual meeting today, taking over the position held for 22 months by Kenneth F. Snyder, managing partner at Baker & Hostetler (Cleveland office).
Taylor has been a board member since 1997, serving on the Executive Committee, as United Way Services Board Liaison, and on the Strategic Planning Committee.

Today’s annual meeting was the official kick-off of the Chapter’s 100th anniversary celebration of service to the Cleveland community.
RPM International, SBC Ohio and the City of Cleveland were each recognized for the contributions and support each organization has demonstrated toward the Greater Cleveland Chapter.
Also honored at today’s meeting was CEO Mary-Alice Frank, who celebrates 25 years with the American Red Cross.
The Greater Cleveland Chapter’s 2003/04 fiscal year was noted as a year of positive momentum. Fifteen hundred local community members were provided with Red Cross assistance following fires and other emergencies; more than 3,000 new military inductees were briefed about Red Cross services; and the Chapter provided leadership in regional preparedness by participating in a number of disaster drills with multiple organizations and partners.
