MOCON, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOCO) announced today that on February 27, 2014, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable on May 16, 2014, to shareholders of record on May 2, 2014.
The Company has provided stockholders with quarterly dividends for the 103rd consecutive quarter. Prior to the present policy of quarterly dividends, the Company had been paying dividends on a semi-annual basis since 1984.
