Business Wire -- Mimis Cafe, a collection of upscale casual dining restaurants, will celebrate the official reopening of its Rancho Mirage location with a “Meet Me at Mimis” special event at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 19. That morning, an official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place with local dignitaries from the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce and more than $3,000 worth of free gift cards will be presented to the first 75 18-year-old plus guests in line.
